Sessions are available Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, and on Saturday mornings, from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. We offer 30 minute and 1 hour packages for single and duet clients, and have trainers to meet every personality and schedule.

Consider partnering with your spouse, friend, or athletic teammate for duet training.  Keeping up with a fitness program is a lot easier when you have someone who is committed to doing the same, and you both benefit from the cost savings.

You can also receive a dietary analysis and a recommended food plan, personally designed for you, based on your goals with one of our certified nutritionists included in your package. This can be arranged by using one of your personal training sessions or by booking independently.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide us with a 24 hour notice of cancellation, or reschedule, to avoid being charged for a booked session. Any cancellations without a 24 hour notice will be charged as a full session.

30/30 PACKAGES: 30 MINUTE SESSIONS.

These sessions are designed for you to have a 30 minute independent workout on our cardio machines, and then a 30 minute trainer led workout.

The Start Me Up program is recommended for those individuals who are looking to begin an exercise routine, or for those who are seeking to change their existing routine.

KEEP ME MOVING – 10 SESSIONS: $800($80/SESSION)

10 one-on-one hours of personal training.

The Keep Me Moving program is recommended for those individuals who need, more out of their fitness routine.

Included in this package is the option to use a session or sessions to meet with a certified nutritional consultant.

NEVER STOP MOVING – 20 SESSIONS: $1550($77.50/SESSION)

20 one-on-one hours of personal training.

The Never Stop Moving program was created for those individuals who demand more out of themselves and require that extra motivation and encouragement.

Included in this package is the option to use a session or sessions to meet with a certified nutritional consultant.

ALWAYS MOVING – 30 SESSIONS: $2250($75/SESSION)

The Always Moving program is our most popular package for those individuals who are looking for a long-term commitment to their exercise program.
